What it does. A plain-language freelance agreement for writing engagements: the parties, the scope, the fee and payment terms, revision rounds, a cancellation clause, rights transfer on payment, and governing law — as a printable document.
How to use it. Fill in both parties, describe the project and the deliverables (one per line), set the fee and payment terms, and choose how many revision rounds are included. The agreement renders as you type. Print two copies, sign both, and each party keeps one. Save as PDF via the print dialog if you need to email it first.
Why it matters. The guide to writer contracts explains what each clause is for; this tool turns those clauses into a document a small client can read and sign the same day.
