How to use the outline builder.
What it does. An interactive outline you can reorder and budget, rather than a fixed list generated once.
How to use it. Pick the kind of thing you are writing and BRYME loads a starting scaffold. Then argue with it: rename sections to say what yours actually does, delete the ones that do not apply, add your own, drag the order around with the arrows, and give each section a word target. The totals update as you go. Copy the outline into your document before you start drafting.
Why it matters. The scaffold is not the value — editing it is. A generic outline tells you nothing, but a generic outline you have deliberately changed forces you to decide what each section is for and roughly how much of the piece it deserves. Budgeting words per section is also the most reliable way to catch a structural problem early: if your introduction has been allocated a third of the piece, the plan is wrong and you have found out before writing 2,000 words.
